Ravine Patrons Programme directly addresses these challenges by providing a focused and proactive approach to well-being. Our programme equips individuals with the skills they need to achieve mental and physical wellness, fostering a sustainable and environmentally conscious lifestyle. By becoming Ravine Patrons, organisations can improve the overall health and performance of their teams.

What you get when you join the Patrons Programme

  • Tailored  Programme: Ravine Patrons Programme is designed to meet the unique needs of your organisation and its individuals. Through a 12-month Patronage period, delivered on a part-time basis, our programme offers a customised approach to ensure maximum impact.

  • Fully Accessible Patrons Plot: As part of the programme, we construct a fully accessible 300 square meter patron's plot. This dedicated space includes a paved workshop area, accessible workbenches, raised beds, no-dig garden beds, native border hedging, and a ceremonial heritage fruit tree. Your team will have a practical and inspiring space to connect with nature and experience the therapeutic benefits of horticulture.

  • Workshop Programme: Engage staff from your organisation with our workshop programme. Over the course of four workshops, we focus on improving health and well-being through nature, conservation, and sustainable horticulture. These workshops highlight the individual, group, and societal benefits of connecting with nature and emphasize the positive impact on mental and physical well-being.

  • Patrons Day Celebration: Celebrate the achievements of your team with a dedicated Patrons Day event. Facilitated by the Ravine team in consultation with your organization, this event allows Patrons to showcase their progress and the produce grown on their Patron Plot. Enjoy the day's activities, which may include seasonal experiences and catering from our social enterprise partners.

  • Access to Onsite Facilities: As a Ravine Patron, your organization gains access to a range of onsite facilities to meet your organizational needs. Whether it's utilising our Cabin conferencing space, exploring unique volunteering opportunities, participating in community events, or taking advantage of new offerings, Ravine offers a supportive environment for your team's growth.

  • Dedicated Horticulturist and Facilitator: Our full-time horticulturist and facilitator will guide and support your team throughout the programme. They will lead workshops, construct and maintain the Patron Plot, and provide expertise to ensure your organisation maximises the benefits of the Ravine Patrons Programme.
