We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to plan and deliver the best possible experience for all attendees. If you are unable to attend, we recommend offering your ticket to a friend or family member. Waitlist Policy: - If an event is full, you can join the waitlist by contacting us via email or telephone - Waitlisted participants will be notified via email if a spot becomes available. - Once notified, you have 24 hours to claim the spot before it is offered to the next person on the list.
